We can choose from orthodox dipping sauce (tentsuyu), dipping sauce with grated daikon and various kinds of salt. Each has its own charm to enhance the taste of ingredients. The sauce for tendon (tempura rice bowl) is also free to choose the taste. You put the sauce as much as you want, at your preferable timing.

The popular ingredients for tempura might be vegetables, seafood and meat, but Tempura HAYAMA has original and unique menu, such as natto chikuwa (tube-shaped fish-paste cake), mentaiko (walleye pollack roe), corn butter, caprese and broccoli with dried cued ham.
