A casual Italian restaurant has opened! Available to eat in or to go. You can enjoy Italian dishes made with Hayama beef and Yokosuka vegetables, such as lasagna, soup, french fries, and sweets. Wine is also available. There is a seasonal menu. Naturally sourced shaved ice is available in summer. Taste the quick and easy Italian dishes!

• Lasagne
  

  BUOSCANO. has two delicious types of lasagna to choose from, from Hayama beef and Yokosuka seafood. Seafood lasagne include squid, shrimp, scallop, and clam. The shop also offers a half-and-half option, half Hayama beef and half seafood, so if you can't choose between them, you can savor both!

• Tiramisu
  

  There is a set with a drink or wine in addition to a single order. Recommended with red wine!! Taste the Buoscano.'s espresso flavored Tiramisu.

• Natural Shaved Ice (only for summer)
  

  Buoscano.'s shaved ice is soft and voluminous!! Using the natural ice from Yamanashi. Besides the traditional flavor of strawberry and matcha, there are Italian flavors such as strawberry cream cheese and tiramisu. You can also find special seasonal flavors.

• Soup
  

  We have minestrone with seasonal vegetables, clam chowder, and seasonal potage (thick soup).

• French Fries
  

  Buoscano.'s french fries are special because it's delicious even when it gets cold. Seasoned with salt and a little bit of cheese.

• Wine
  

  Italian does not happen without wine!! We have Cusumano from Italy Sicily.
