YOSHIDA RAMEN HOUSE is just across from Kita-Kurihama Station on the Keikyu Line.
The base of our soup is Tonkotsu soup (a white, rich, pork bone-based soup) and chicken paitan (a white, rich, chicken bone-based soup).
While we generally offer thin noodles, thick noodles can be served upon request.
There are 4 serving sizes for our noodles: small, medium, large (without extra cost) and extra-large (+120 yen). If you would like to have more, please request a refill. (250 yen for thick noodle refills, 180 yen for thin).
Alcoholic drinks such as beer, sake, shochu and sours are also available.

• Tsuke-soba
  

  Tsuke-soba is ramen noodles with sauce for dipping. The dipping sauce is a tonkotsu soup base, accompanied by matured soy sauce, flavorful fish meal, and tasty chicken oil. You can enjoy the harmony of these ingredients.

• Thick Tsuke-soba
  

  The dipping sauce is a tonkotsu base, accompanied by matured soy sauce and yuzu(Japanese citrus fruit). Rice floour is also added to the dipping sauce to ensure noodles can be coated evenly.

• Chicken Tsuke-soba
  

  The dipping sauce is a white, rich chicken bone base with ginger. Sauteed ginger and green onions are also added to make it tasty.

• Chicken 'Punch' Tsuke-soba
  

  The dipping sauce is spicy (punchy) based on chicken paitan soup that has been reduced to leave sweet minced meat and homemade chili oil.

  Tonkotsu ramen + roasted shrimp. Special chili oil made from seafood adds depth to the taste.
