  We serve two types of sauce: A sweet flavor and a spicy flavor. The ingredients are very simple. Based on soy sauce flavor, we add pepper, blended vegetables and fruits. Balance of all these ingredients is also important. The sweet sauce is similar to YAKINIKU NO TARE produced by EBARA.
  Some people pour this sauce over rice, and YES! It is good!
