Aikido is a Japanese martial art with about 100 years of history.
Aikido deals with the attacker's power by re-directing rather than countering them.
If you are worrying about your health and want to start exercising but don't know where to start, or those who like to be physically active but lack confidence in their abilities, Aikido is the perfect choice!!
Aikido has no matches, no competitions, otherwise compete with yourself in the past.
The greatest joy is being able to do techniques that you couldn't do in the past.
Daily training may be simple, but if you keep piling it up, you will surely get better at it.

Numata Dojo has established 25 years ago.
Members from 3 years up to 85 years old practice at their own pace day by day.
An environment where both experienced and beginners can learn together.
They will teach you how to practice without putting a burden on your partner, or how to practice even when you have some injuries.

No problem even if you don't speak Japanese.
Just remember the greetings at the beginning and the end, "Yoroshiku onegai shimasu (よろしくお願いします)" and "Arigatou gozaimashita (ありがとうございました)", and you can participate just like others.

Just bring your willingness, and the teacher will teach you everything!

• How to go to the Dojo
  

  From the Keikyu Taura Sta., walk across the street and go left.
  Just before the tunnel, you'll see the sign on your right.
  Climb the stairs and soon you'll see the Dojo on your right.
