  Shio (salt) based and shoyu (soy sauce) based. The soup of Shio ramen is simple yet richly flavored. It is made from 100% shellfish caught by the owner himself, With every sip, you can feel the ocean.

• Mazesoba (shio/shoyu) 1,300 yen
  

  Mazesoba means a noodle dish without, or with less soup. You mix it before you eat. Taste of garlic and butter.

• Kaidama (300 yen)・half (200 yen)
  

  Kaidama is for Kaedama, which means extra noodles for ramen. At Japanese ramen restaurants, there is a Kaedama system that you can order another bunch of noodles after you finish your first dish. You get extra noodles for your remaining soup.
