[Itadaki-masu, Gochiso-sama (deshita)]

Before meals in Japan, people say “Itadaki-masu”. After meals, people say “Gochisou-sama (deshita.)”
to show your appreciation for the blessing of the nature and to people involved in preparing your meal.
