At MINATO's Little Kitchen, you can try making traditional soba (buckwheat noodles).
With a focus on quality over quantity, we ensure that there are only a few people per class, allowing for personalized attention and careful guidance throughout the entire experience. The staff with rich experience in soba-making not only teaches you how to make delicious soba but also teaches you about soba and soba culture. A private and cozy space will enhance your cultural interests.

There is an option for Udon making if you prefer.
You have to choose either soba or udon for your group, unavailable to make different ones.

After you try making soba (or udon), you can taste it in a Gozen (Japanese traditional meal) style. It is a cold noodle type with dipping sauce. You can try some Japanese condiments and seasonings that go well with soba together as well.

The class aims to make people enjoy freshly made soba easily and have a fun time during the soba-making experience. So don't hesitate even if you don't know anything about soba. Just bring a desire to have fun. Beginners or one person are welcome, of course. Those who want to master soba-making are also welcome.

• Carefully Selected Ingredients
  

  MINATO's Little Kitchen's soba is made with 30% of wheat and 70% of buckwheat. The buckwheat is from Hokkaido, which has one of the best qualities for making soba.
  
  The dipping sauce is originally blended by the staff, using homemade dashi soup.

• Immerse Yourself in Culture
  

  You can make soba using authentic equipment, including the clothing. There is a wearing called "Samue," a traditional Japanese movable loungewear that soba chefs wear when making soba. With real clothing and equipment, it will make you feel like a real soba chef!!

• Friendly Staff
  

  A staff with rich experience in making soba will teach you carefully. Not that fluent in English, but has a friendly and welcoming personality.

• Photo Service
  

  During the class, you might not have a chance to take photos with your powdered hands, so the staff will take photos for you. You can get them via LINE or airdrop.
