Beard Papa employs its own baking method to create a special puff pastry shell. Pie dough is kneaded into puff pastry dough. Besides providing a very crispy, aromatic and delicious pastry shell, it's also easy to eat.
Vanilla beans of the highest quality from Madagascar, which are called Black Diamonds, are used for the custard cream inside, as well as carefully selected eggs and milk from Japan. Fresh cream is matched together with the custard cream, enabling you to enjoy a silky texture.
