• Hot Stone Spa (Ganbanyoku)
  

  Ganbanyoku (Hot stone spa) is a health treatment in which the body is heated by lying on heated bedrock. Far-infrared rays emitted from the bedrock slowly warm the deep parts of the body and promote perspiration.
  
  Ganbanyoku can have a variety of positive effects, including detoxification, skin care, and relaxation. There are also yoga and Pilates classes for women only that take place inside, as well as membership courses specialized in Ganbanyoku. It is also effective in relieving daily stress and for those who have poor circulation.
  
  A facility that combines a gym and Ganbanyoku is rare also in Japan.
  Hot yoga, Pilates, and other programs will be held inside the bedrock baths, limited to women only.
  
  *Bedrock baths are separated for men and women.
  *Women Ganbanyoku members are not allowed to participate in the Hot Program nor free use during the program.

• Gym Machines
  

  Loco Sport Yokosuka offers a wide variety of gym machines. One of the distinctive machines are called "YURAGI" which allows you to stretch effectively with spring force. Loco Sports actively tries to introduce new things if it will benefit the customer.
  
  If you don't know how to use the machine, feel free to ask the friendly staff. Or you can look up the instructions which are on each wall near the machines.

• Refresh Garden
  

  Refresh Garden is a relaxing space.
  
  It can be used not only for cooling down and stretching, but also for just watching TV in a daze.
  
  Also, there is a small working space where you can read or finish your writing.
