Table BBQ "Sumibiyaki" TIGER is directly managed by the local butchery, Yokosuka-Matsuzakaya. This local Yokosuka butchery has been in business for over 100 years.
Its meat-loving owner carefully selects which meats go on sale. Instead of using a slicer, the meat is then hand-cut to keep all the true flavors intact. You will be able to taste precious meat cuts like chuck flap and chuck rib only at TIGER.
Try searing meat on charcoal-fired grills and have your fill of premium cuts to your heart's content.

We supply our meats on a daily basis and handle A5 cuts (highest-grade meat). We then fashion slices of that meat into a platter.
The photo on the left shows a serving for four people.
Each person would pay about 3,000 yen for their share.

Ingredients are selected based on seasonal availability.
Roast beef, ham, bacon, Vienna sausages, seasonal namul, and local vegetables produced in Yokosuka and Miura.

Regular salads include green and Caesar salads. 2-3 other salads of the day are also available.
We use fresh, local ingredients in our salads.

Our bacon and ham is slowly cured and are made with the minimum amount of additives.
Our bibimbap use homemade namul and sauce and it will stay sizzling in its stone pot so you can enjoy a hot meal the entire time.
