These spring cabbages are harvested from March to May, are soft, and feature a natural sweetness. They are great for salads!
Cabbages in the summer and winter are especially delicious when stir-fried or stewed into cabbage rolls.
Along with your usual orange carrots, yellow and purple carrots are also collected together in this colorful bundle.
Cut them into sticks and eat them with your favorite dip (we recommend the warm Italian dip, bagna cauda). They taste great uncooked!
You can also try making the leaves into tempura. You’ll find that they taste great when stir-fried, or even when baked into bread dough.
Corn in our shop is freshly picked early in the morning.
Corn looses it’s sweetness as times passes, and as the temperature rises. The fresher corn is, the more delicious it will be.
Please try our sweet, freshly picked corn.
We offer many varieties of tomatoes such as red tomatoes with a natural sweetness, as well as rare big yellow tomatoes.
