Houbi-doh is a hanko workshop that has been open for more than 50 years.
In Japan, a hanko is a personal seal used as identification in various situations in place of a signature.
For example, if you want to open a new bank account at bank in Japan, the use of a hanko will be required.
We can make you your own personalized hanko at our shop. We can write your name in Japanese characters (kanji or katakana), and make you a truly unique stamp seal.
They also serve as great gifts and souvenirs from your time in Japan.

Senjafuda (literally thousand shrine tags) are originally stickers or scraps of paper posted on the gates of shrines and Buddhist temples in Japan.
We will print your name or various pictures on the senjafuda tag.
There is a variety of designs, such as a Buddha, dragon, Chinese phoenix, etc. that can also be printed on the tag.
