First 'bean-to-bar' chocolate place in Yokosuka.
Through the experience of working as a pastry chef at famous Western confectionery shops, the chef became attracted to craft chocolates and baked sweets that make the most of their ingredients. He opened his shop in Yokosuka, his hometown, in 2023.
